Bright, easy to use...yeah!
So it's bright, you can see other folk's pictures of that to judge, it has a nice looking design out of the box, it's simple, it's LED, it's adjustable (you can spin it to get the beam pattern the way you prefer), and well. Yeah.I installed mine on December 3rd. One LED bulb outputs a light that's slightly whiter than the other, which kind of bugs me. It also looks slightly dimmer, too. Overall output is nice and the road lights up much better than my H7 halogen bulbs did, even the high end Sylvanias.Installation notes...These are a much different design than halogen and HID bulbs...there's a heatsink and whatever else that needs to be in the same unit, plus it's own plug. Those of us who unfortunately have cars with headlamp bulb clips, you're going to need to get one extra piece when ordering these - Call it an adapter, retainer, holder, whatever (bars) but you're going to need it so the clip can actually latch/hold onto something (see below for the one I bought). Make absolutely SURE your bulbs are STRAIGHT into the housing! The metal piece in the middle of the unit twists and slides off and you put the adapter on then. Those of us with headlight covers (on the back, i forgot what it's called..it's late and im tired), you will have to trim it. I made a trimming for the wire and for the heatsink. Speaking of the wire, you MUST be sure that you're plugging positive into positive(red wire) and negative into negative (black wire) on the low-beam harness. If you turn the lights on and they don't illuminate, switch the plug around. So with that, I will upload pictures later. I haven't gotten my lights adjusted properly because I'm ALWAYS on the road, it's not blinding anyone, I can see perfectly and my cutoff looks decent. I'll also update this post in the future if anything goes wrong. I really only care to see the longevity of these bulbs.Adapters I bought for clips - H7 LED Adapter Holders H7 Retainers Clik Socket Base for Mazda 3/5/6 M3/M5/M6 (2 Pack)Also, 「光」?それはとても賢いです。その言葉が大好きで。.:First gen Mazda3 (non HID) approved:.

Works pretty good in 2013 BMW 328i
I installed these as low beams on my wife's 2013 BMW 328i F30. I had to code the car to cancel warnings, but that's expected with that car and there are many forum posts about it. The lights produce a lot amount of perfectly white light, and the pattern is good without any adjustments. The bulbs fit perfectly in the headlight without any modification to the headlight or the lid that closes the back of the headlight. Completely plug and play.I had tried to install a different one a year or two ago, and didn't fit right, and then a few months ago I tried a few others in a different size on a Lexus GX470, and they didn't produce enough light, not even close to the halogens. These bulbs produce much more light that the hallogens that were in the car, comparable to my WRX factory LED low beam, only the WRX pattern is a bit sharper on the edges but not by much. The light color is very similar to my factory LEDs, a pure white without blue hints. I had had HIDs before, and the color is much more white on these. My wife is extremely happy with these low beam.If you are installing it in a 328i, I took the wheels off, but you can probably do it with the wheels on if you at least turn the wheels and raise the car a bit with a jack. Before closing the lids, turn the lights on to confirm polarity, if it doesn't turn on, switch the connector around. You will need to code the car to cancel warnings, it's fairly easy to do if you have the right cable, and I believe there are companies that sell you the cable and code the car remotely for a fee. When the engine is stopped with the lights on you can hear the fans slightly, but the engine noise is enough to cover it.The lights have been on the car now for over a week, used daily, and so far so good. I will update the review if we notice any problem in the next few months. At tthe price I got them, these are a steal.

Bulbs are great but if you require adapters, be prepared for a fight
Lights are bright af and work great right out of the box. However, since I’m one of the lucky ones that require a cheesy little plastic adapter for my 2018 Kia Optima hybrid that I was told I would need these extra parts, so I ordered them. I received them the other days and they looked like a breeze to slide on the bulb and insert the whole assembly in the car. I was wrong. The adapters they told me I needed do sit on the bulb itself but just sit there, unsecured, and slide up and down and wobble when attempting to lock into place in the headlight housing in the car. The adapters are lot not enough from front to back and allow the bulb to loosely bounce up and down, forward and aft which renders the whole assembly useless. I’ve encountered this issue before with another lighting manufacturer and I’ve nailed it down to the adapters. They just don’t fit like they should. It would be a hell of a lot easier if when you put the adapters on, if they had some sort of locking mechanism in place on the bulb to prevent the adapter from spinning around when you go to insert them in the cars’ headlight housing. Will have to modify sometime in the future in order to get to fit correctly.

Fits In Anzo Switchback Projector Housings For Ford F150's.
**Update**Downgraded Them To 4 Stars. I returned these lights for the Cougar X-Small H7 LED's on amazon.com. For literally the same price the Cougar X-Small are much brighter. The Hikari are still good lights but the better value is the Cougar X-Small LED kit.I purchased 2 sets of H7 bulbs to be installed in a set of Anzo switchback projector Headlight Housings on my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew. I can say that both the low beam and high beam Hikari's were installed without the need for an extended rubber dust cap. These where literally plug and play in these housings. This is the best thing about this particular model of Hikari is the driver is built-in to the bulb assembly instead of external. Please make sure to orientate the bulbs at 12 and 6 o'clock like the instructions say or you will end up with a weird light pattern. The light output(shape) is identical to the halogen bulb with a very sharp cut off. In my 5 days of testing I have not been flashed once. The light color is very white. The throw of the beam is a tremendous upgrade from stock far outreaching the halogen bulbs. The brightness is also far brighter then the halogens. I will say that because this has a built in driver there is limitation to how bright you can expect these bulbs to get, these will not compete with an HID kit on shear brightness but they are a huge upgrade from a halogen bulb. Bulbfacts.com is very accurate in its rating for these bulbs. If you are wiling to go with an external driver then the Hikari Ultra LED kit would be a competing kit for an HID replacement, but once again they will not be a plug and play fit like these lower price Hikari's. I would certainly buy another set for another vehicle if I needed to upgrade. This is a great bulb for any F150 owner. There honestly isn't anything better under $50 on amazon and this is the brightest kit you can buy with a built in driver.

Very bright, easy to install with the right hardware
I liked the quality of these bulbs, came in protective packaging. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was trying to mount them in my Jetta without the necessary bracket. There was no mention of this on the sellers page. Once I got the bracket, these fit perfectly.

Updated
Install was very difficult for Hyundai Ioniq as bulb holder is required and modifications to the internal wires were required. I was able to do install without removing headlight housing from the car. While the light is nice and white the beam pattern is not as good as halogen. Have the LED bulbs orientated as per instructions. Probably not the LED bulbs fault as the bulb holder didn't hold the LED in place well enough. The driver's side bulb the LED diode on one side has failed. It lights up for a while then turns off. I have submitted a warranty claim and Hikari is sending me a replacement bulb after I sent them pictures of the defective one.LED bulbs are now out of warranty and other bulbs is not operating. Not sure if claims of 50000hrs lifetime are even close to being achievable if these burn out after 2 years of limited night time driving.

Works well, not helpfull if you already have a good light bar. Unresponsive support.
the light seems well built and the light pattern id give a solid 4/5 and easy install. The light output is good however I was hoping this would illuminate the road more in combine with a expensive good quality light bar but barely helped.Contacted their amazon store with a question over a month ago now and never got a response, so negative 1 star.
