I bought these cones to block off areas. Works great on carpet. On hardwood I added little rubber feet and they work great there, too! They serve the purpose and have held up for the 3 practices we've had so far. I expect them to easily last the rest of the season which is another 7 weeks. They are a little lightweight and I've had one or two fall over in deep grass, but remember, these are road construction cones. They are 7" and llightweight. I'm happy with my purchase. Would I purchase them again?
