It fall from mine and can’t find replacement for it** A: Mine fell out also but takeya sells replacement o rings that fit **Q: How does it screw on? Is it from the inside of the mouthpiece?** A: The top of the bottle is threaded and the black cap screws over it. This opens the bottle for large items; ( ice, fruit etc.). The small cap on top screws over a threaded plastic nipple so you're putting plastic in your mouth.
