This is authentic Ghee :) Quality is impeccable & the Ghee has just the right amount of spices to add flavor to any meal. We use it routinely for Ethiopian cuisine. Its more convenient to order this; than to try and find spices from back home & pay shipping for quality ingredients. Most of the berbere spices etc. that you buy in the US just don't have the same flavor. Ahara Rasa is winning!
