My hair is full of shine & bounce now that I've started using this. My absolute favorite feature is the 360' swivel tip. My fingers don't get burned but yet I keep good control of the iron. I usually use a flat iron to get the frizz out of my hair but this curling iron does the job even better! You'll love how hot it gets in seconds and how it will turn off if you forget to do it. I have also used the curler by just wrapping my hair around the entire barrel (like a wand) and I still get gorgeous curls. This barrel size is perfect for hair that is shoulder length or longer and for those who want tight or loose curls. ### ⭐⭐⭐ like the swiveling tip *by A***A on April 22, 2016* Works well, like the swiveling tip, but the top screw already fell out within a month of use. I screwed it back in and works fine, but for the price that should not have happened. I also don't like the long cord... that's just preference, but it makes it unwieldy in the bathroom for small space. I do like how fast it heats up. ### ⭐ BURNED LARGE SECTION OF MY HAIR OFF *by N***R on May 16, 2017* So it all started out well and good... I have dense but fine hair that's naturally very straight and this allowed for the optimal temperature control as to minimize damage but be a super effective curling iron. I'm not sure what changed but just after a year of having it, the temperature control started to go haywire! I had it set at the same 340-360F i always had used but it started BURNING CHUNKS OF MY HAIR OFF.Let's be clear about something: I'm 34 years old and have been styling my hair with hot tools for about 20 years and never have i ever had an issue with burning my hair.The first time it happened i Chalked it up to maybe I'd bumped the rolling temp control up to 450 and then back to its original setting after it happened (somehow) but the second time it happened I again verified it was in the normal range I kept it in. In this same use however, I also realized that the device's power control mechanism had completely stopped working- it had just burned my hair again and now would not turn on or off.
