I am 5’2, 120lbs, 25-26inch waist and usually a SMALL in Gymshark. These leggings are basically a knock off of the Gymshark Flawless Knit Tights. The compression, material, detailing and stretchiness are identical. I got the blue and black both in Small and they fit perfect. I would definelty stay to your normal size, if you are a Small in Gymshark order a small, if a medium then order a medium. They are mostly squat proof but depends on what underwear you wear and also the color, the blue is a little more revealing than the black but both are seriously good. These are awesome for being such good dupes of Gymshark for a quarter of the price!! I ordered the Black pair in a size small. I am 5’3, 135 lbs. I have a 27” waist and 38” hips. I honestly probably should’ve gotten a medium but the medium was out of stock. They do run small but I can make the small work. It was a bit of work to get them on but once I did, they looked FANTASTIC!I did a full leg/glutes workout in them and didn’t get a single rip or tear. I think people who have gotten tears probably needed the next size up. :-/ The exercises I did included deadlifts (up to 225 lbs), hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, kettleball squats, and the hip abductor machine. The leggings felt great throughout the entire workout and like I said - no rips/tears. I typically don’t wear underwear with my workout leggings so I can’t tell you how see-thru they are. But the compression is great. Material is not too thick or too thin.
