Problem in manufacturing
The rod looks beautiful. I used it. It caught fish. This is a two piece rod. When you slide the two pieces into each other, they do not slide completely in to make a complete rod. They are spaced apart about 1/2" from completely being seated. It seem to me an 80# could crack the rod at the joint. I had two rods made the same way. Same faults.
