Plus, super beautiful and rewarding at the end. I didn’t use this as a traditional garland so I’m not sure if I would say the same if I had. I used mine vertically as a large balloon string so all the messy tops of the tassels were hidden. It looks magical! Yes they rip, but keep in mind you’re working with a thin tissue paper. I only used half of the tassels because they each have a nice length to them.
