## Description

This coiled fishing rod safety line from MOS Equipment extends to 10 feet and recoils to 5 feet to reduce clutter and excess lines in the cockpit. The coiled line also ensures that crew stay safe and don't trip over lines running across the boat. Attach the 1/2" stainless steel trigger hook to your reel and the other hook to the rail, fighting chair or other area in the cockpit to prevent expensive gear from going overboard. Stainless steel components resist corrosion in both saltwater and freshwater. High tensile strength hook, ring and TPU coiled line prevent breakage under pressure. Thermoformed coil links hold stainless steel chucks that swivel 360 degrees to accommodate any angle of movement. Stainless steel chucks are removable with a HEX key for replacement or installation of other leash components such as a soft strap. Don't risk the safety of your crew or the loss of a reel!

I wasn't sure I would like this item since I already had nylon cord safety line but WOW!! Really well made and a joy to use. Nice stainless clips on both ends, They clip up and stay out of the way and they really look COOL.No signs of any rust  and coils have stayed tight. I don't think I will consider rope or parachute cord again after using these. I fish marlin and tuna and troll using outriggers. I don't want to take any chances losing any of my expensive offshore tackle.I am going to get more and considering what I spend on boating and fishing the cost is very little. If you want the best I think these are them.
