This product claims that each vile has .07 oz and it DOES NOT. When I received it I thought it felt light & looked strange so I pulled the label off only to find it was 1/3 filled. I wanted to try a new pen other than the Bliss Kiss but I wont make that mistake again. Pictured is my 2 month old bliss kiss pen that I use EVERY day next to my New Vitale pen. The Bliss kiss pen has .067 oz sooo confused why my used pen is at the same level as my new ones! Will not be buying again. (I just ordered some refillable cuticle oil pens and a 4oz. bottle of jojoba oil from Amazon...I'll give this a try and definitely save $$) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really does soften cuticles -- great for hangnails and nervous habits *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2018* I have a massive problem attacking my cuticles when I'm nervous/bored/etc. I've tried the nasty-tasting nail coat, I've tried having little gadgets to fidget with instead, but it's just so subconscious that nothing works. These oil pens help me because 1) it actually does soften my cuticles so that they're not as noticeable when I run my fingers over them, and 2) it is a good fidget replacement. I probably use them around 2-4 times a day just because my hands are very dry. The oil does not dry immediately obviously, so I have to be careful about touching some surfaces/wipe stuff down with a tissue, but it's not really any worse than using a solid moisturizer. This has never posed a huge problem for me, and it never takes an exorbitant time to dissipate, especially if you rub the oil in like they suggest. The pen is neat in its application. I do have to admit, one of my pens doesn't seem to be delivering the oil to the brush as well as the second pen.... but regardless, it works.
