I live in a flat and didn't want or need earth-quaking bass, just a little more depth at the low end. So far I love it! I was initially concerned about my downstairs neighbour so after a bit of research on forums/Google I mounted this on a couple of concrete blocks to negate excessive bass vibration (it's downward firing) and set the volume knob to around 35-40%. Plugged into my X5s the volume level/output is automatic through the Tangent remote control. It has really added another dimension to the sound and I'm revisiting all kinds of old music and hearing new details. I also loved the price, you really can't go wrong for less than £100. Sure, if you want to make the roof tiles fall off this probably isn't the one, but at this price and for my simple needs I'm a very happy customer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's good I think. The rest of my system is yam; an amp, a sound bar, and a satellite speaker all in different rooms. It's not as precise as I had hoped it would be, but it's not bad. But to be fair, it is in a narrow room facing across the room. It could be better in a bigger area.
