The only time I ever used these devices were in GP surgeries or hospitals and doctors/nurses never explained the numbers to me or what they meant other than saying "your bp is good". The cuff fits nicely around arm but however I've noticed the velcro strap is starting to deteriorate a bit but that's after 15 months daily use so its expected but I think I'll get another 2 years use before needing replacing. Its worth investing in this device which I paid £18.99 in Nov 2024 but the price now gone upto £24.99 which is still worth buying for quality and reliable product. If it’s for a child then check out to see if they come in child-like sizes. Or ask the seller. I bought this for my grown up son.
