Some must be in such small quantities that I do wonder if they make any real difference to the product. I do feel that including such a range of ingredients, in what must be very small quantities, is a bit gimmicky. The sweetness is achieved through use of an artificial sweetener (sucralose). The instructions are very precise – how much water to use and how long to leave it before drinking it (with a warning not to leave it longer than 3 minutes so that it does not thicken up too much.). I did have to give it a good stir to mix the powder in and even then I discovered a few small lumps of unmixed powder at the bottom of the glass when I had finished.
