I did not know how to use them when I bought them. Cons: The number of beads are also inconsistent. the holes weren't well drilled. Pro: Nice colors strong string good quality beads If you want to use them as prayer beads, I bought pack of black wood 12mm beads and 1.5 mm string and used a drill bit, cleaned the hole up, restrung them in sets of 12 (11-8 mm to 1-12 mm). I lost the fancy knot but I was able to make the string longer for my use. I find counting to be very soothing. I am also autistic and ADHD so the beads. Heavier beads set off my senory stuff so the effort was worth it for me. Now I have a decent sets that work really well and are light enough for me to wrap around my wrist without setting off my sensory issues.
