Review: I bought this with spring coming and another horse in my pen. It's perfect easy to clean despite the size and the perfect size to hold water. Even if it is a little bigger which means it is a little more difficult to move but also means the animals won't move it when it's not full. While it is more expensive it's definitely worth the money! So far, it's held up against pawing and the weather and hasn't had any holes, so I'd say it's very durable and hasn't leaked so far.

A: i have had one for 2 years and it has a crack on each side towards the midle of trough

A: It comes with a bushing attached (1"male thread X 3/4" female thread) which has a 3/4" plug.  You can remove the plug and install a nipple with a valve (PVC).

**Q: Can this be used below ground as a water fountain?  Water flowing into it but it is planted.**

LEAKS!!! I filled it and it began leaking all over my house. I contacted Amazon as I needed the container to house my fish and couldn’t return because we have to put my fish in it, there is a cold front coming in. An awful situation, Amazon gave me the hundred dollars back that barely covered the pond liner that I had to purchase and the sealant that I had to purchase to make this thing usable to how is my fish. I paid full price and was only refunded what it cost me to make it usable. I would not recommend this as a purchase, I’ve seen others at work that are used for drinks and they all leak too. This is a common issue with this Device. Do not purchase.!!!!!!!!
