Well, this is the solution. I used these panels to line the wall between our bedroom and my office to greatly REDUCE the sound from my office to the bedroom and I was surprised to find out it actually works out quite well. Now I can play my games and communicate with friends online while talking with a more normal volume (it doesn't cancel out all noise but it reduces it a lot).Also I had to reposition a few panels twice because I didn't place it properly, and the adhesive glue actually does NOT damage my drywall at all when I removed it (altho I was extremely slow and careful when removing the panel).I definitely recommend these to reduce the sound transferring from room to room via the walls by at least half. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works good.
