I am a small in Athleta and a M in Adidas and Nike. The medium is snug but a good fit. I was worried it would be too low cut, but it is okay. The descriptions says it has a built in bra, but it doesn't have a shelf bra, just some extra fabric over each breast. I usually hate tops that come with removable padding (this isn't removable), but on this top it works. The material is thick and since the fit is snug, you can go without a bra for something like yoga or Pilates. Well, unless it’s about sizing. I’m always looking for a white or cream color top, they make me feel fresh! Good ones are hard to find, it’s always a disappointment 9 times out of 10!They are either too thin, which nothing is worse than a thin cheap material white top! That will have you looking like the queen of the trailer park! A good material in white is a MUST! I buy a lot of compression white top, white camisoles, but most come in too thin and see through. You really kind of have to pony up to get good quality in the whites, because common sense says, it’s so white you can see all parts of material thread and stitching, or through. With compression and tight tops you REALLY don’t want to go too thin because with white, if you have something extra to conceal or hold in, thin material is going to do the opposite of that! Breast size, and sizing all being different for everyone, otherwise, if you’re small and don’t even want to wear a bra, this top does it all. I’m an A cup and this top pushes me together with the built in bra they have designed. It has some built in pads too! The V neck flattering design, hell you can wear these with jeans, to the gym as it’s sold as “yoga top”, or as an awesome freaking cami! I plan to buy a few of these little gems!For the price, the material is thick and compressing, its tight, but it’s not suppose to be loose!! This is the thickest material that also does compression, I have been able to find!I have been looking for years and buying and sending back. This worked great! There was no need to wear a bra underneath as it is padded, but speaking of padded. The WHOLE thing is a thick padded material. Do not expect to get something thin with just bra cup inserts. The entire thing is a thick squishy material. It did make my girls look great so no harm done. It pulls you in without squeezing you to death, there is no saggy material.I rated this 4/5 because of how thick it was overall (may be a turn-off for a heavy sweater), and that I wish it was a little longer. I felt the need to pull it down all night. But it 100% did it's job I'm just being a brat.
