Bike was supposed to come in on the 5th was on a truck then off the truck 3 times which resulted in the box being demolished and delivery was three days later. Went to put it together to make sure everything was working and the front forks were bent. Stacyc was super quick to answer once I got the number to which the guy stated that they see this a lot when shipped with ups. Filled out a warranty and they fulfilled it quickly and forks were sent out next day.
