Seriously, the perfect pepper. Hot enough to qualify as hot to those who crave heat, not so hot that a pinch crushed will destroy those who are afraid of hot peppers. A rarity amongst genuinely hot peppers in that it possess a wonderful flavor as well. I sprinkle it on everything. Use it gently at the table to teach the pepper challenged what they are missing, or add it before cooking to foods that you want to have real heat.
