My kids ages 3 and 5 love to build. I got these on a lightening deal for $25. Any more spent and I’d be mad. They are super cool and you have lots of options of what to build. I was worried the quality isn’t high enough to withstand my rough and rowdy 3 year old. I was right my son already broke the clear plastic piece to make the Farris wheel. I don’t deal with broken toys. If they break or lose pieces I throw it out or donate the toy if it’s suitable for donations. There wasn't anything saying that the two different types of tiles weren't compatible, but when we tried to use them together, they didn't work. In going back to the description, I saw that they talk about G1 & G2 which I had no idea what that meant since there is no context or photos. Now I know that the tiles we already had are G1 and these are G2 - however, it still doesn't say they don't work together. So now we have two different sets of these tiles that can't be used together. They are well built, and there are enough pieces to make a variety of things, but not enough to get overwhelming.
