The carbon powder could not do anything but turn to a fine, black powder, even when mixed with the liquid. Even a tightly taped bandage could not contain it. It dried out within twenty minutes and leaked out everywhere -- over clothing, on the floor, in my food. A bandage around your finger joints (back of the hand), just DOES NOT work, let me tell you. One bite, each hand. In despair, I finally took some aloe gel to mix with the liquid solution / carbon and made a heavy paste that would stick. It was better than nothing. I could not tell it did any good, but I only found this treatment when the bites were already 4 -5 days old. I'd like to know how this is supposed to work, given my experience.
