It is made well, has good stiching, and is created with fabric placement in mind. I thought it was cotton, however it's mostly polyester, not a big fan, especially living in a warm climate, however my daughter loves it, it's twirly. My 6 year old daughter is petite, and her chest measures, armpit to armpit, 9 inches. I went with the 6x, and it's a little too big, but I think I can manipulate that in the wash. The 6x is 12 inches across the chest as you can see. I will be ordering more in different colors and patterns because overall the material is flattering and it does hold up well in wash and repells stains. ### ⭐⭐ I'm so confused.
