I'm a 9, tried a 10 after reading the reviews and they were still too tight even after stretching them overnight in the freezer (look it up). I thought for sure the 11 would be just right, so much so that I ordered both the black and mocha in an 11; i love the pattern, the arch support, and the leather liner. Unfortunately, the 11 was way too big even though the 10 was too small to be comfortable. I have really never had an issue finding fitting shoes. Maybe they would have stretched out but they would have hurt to break in. I am typically a 9 in ballet flats, but a 8.5 in clogs, so I thought this shoe would be ok. Wrong. I could barely squeeze my foot in the shoe, and you could see my big toe bulging at the top once I did. I returned for a size 10, and will update once I receive it and have worn them for a bit.Update- the size 10 is great for my foot. No longer uncomfy, no more "toe bump", and fits beautifully. Definitely size up! They're my favorite flat, though.
