Unfortunately, Amazon's packaging and shipping wasn't and I ended up with the mantle in a flimsy box that had a hole in it, just big enough for the hanger bar and instructions to fall out. When I called Amazon customer service they said they couldn't replace the item because it was no longer in stock but suggested I call Pearl Mantels directly to see if they could assist. I did and they were amazing. They shipped me the missing hanger bar and instructions, no questions asked.
