No problems whatsoever, I would strongly recommend this item. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your time - buy genuine HP if you want something that works properly *by R***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 June 2019* Used - or tried to - in HP LaserJet Pro M15. Printer immediately threw an error code, indicating that the new replacement cartridge's chip was corrupted or out of date. Took the chip out of my previous genuine HP cartridge, substituted this into the new cartridge and with a lot of adjusting position of the chip it finally worked, although of course indicated that the cartridge was empty as the chip had been taken from the empty cartridge.However, the chip moves while the printer is in use and it stops working, requiring a new round of fiddling about to get it aligned with the contacts in the printer.As if this isn't nuisance enough, any time the cartridge is removed, e.g. to clear a paper jam, the chip falls out because it's so poorly located, and has to be fished out of the printer internals.I finally had enough of this palaver, chucked the Zoomtec cartridge away and bought a genuine HP - and it's worth every penny extra not to have the hassle. When I bought it some months back, this cartridge was £10 more than it is now - but I still wouldn't buy it at the cheaper price.
