Around 2020 they changed to homogenized because people were afraid of the milk solids on top they are supposed to shake, and even worse they did ultra-pasteurized at high temperature which completely ruined this product and it’s taste and nutrition. It is terrible compared to the original Grassmilk, we stopped buying it. **Q: Is this type A2 milk?** A: Hello! Organic Valley is a cooperative of about 1,800 family farms located across the country. Each farmer chooses which dairy breeds that they want to work with, and will often cross-breed to select for a variety of advantageous traits found in multiple breeds. We know we have a percentage of A2 in our milk supply, but at this time we can't make any official claims as A2 is a licensed brand and the testing for A2 in milk is patented. Our farmers are not currently required to test for the presence of A2 protein in their cows.
