I had to buy a bigger one, still not as big as I expected, but adequate. I find the monitor very good, only thing I didn't realise is that it does not give date and time. Hope this helps **Q: is there a guarantee with thi machine** A: It has the standard 1 year fit for purpose as the law states in this country. I have had it for a number of years used monthly and never went wrong, good product, it's the one up from my doctor so if they use them it must be ok. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly and is accurate *by A***N on 27 July 2020* Very easy to use, does exactly what is required and stores readings. Nothing fancy, just reliable and accurate. Cuff fits well on my large upper arm (42cm) despite claiming to only fit to 32cm. Bought this one as its the one my surgery use and I knew the cuff would fit. Excellent product. Bought an Omron M3 but sent it back as I tried it over 20 times and couldn't get it to provide a single reading. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Important machinery for everyone *by L***G on 14 January 2013* Bought this as a xmas pressie for my mother in 2012 and it's used everyday, twice a day since then. My dad uses it too now! It seems to be accurate because they also got checked by the doctor and it was a similar reading. The only thing I observed was it's best you take 3 readings one after the other then record the average as the most accurate. I found also that the first reading tends to be sometimes way off the two others - I don't know why??? It's still a great unit for checking your blood pressure and pulse rate and so easy to use. I like the fact it memorises the last 30 by the pressing of a button. The only quibble I have is that I think it should have been complemented with an AC power so you have the option of wall power or battery power. I have checked this monitor for accuracy alongside other reputable brands and find it to be very accurate. It also has a small icon that can detect atrial fibrillation ( a type of irregular heartbeat) and this is an added bonus.
