I have attached a photo of the full Moon from Sunday night that I took using a canon 750d with a 500mm mirror lens with 3x converter and this monopod held it firmly and with its Three leg design it also gave some flexibility to tilt my camera yet still feel that the monopod held the weight. Another reviewer mentioned how it can be a bit too flexible if its extended to its full height however as I am only 5ft 1 inch its perfectly stable. The design generally is excellent you get a carry case and can either walk with it or carry and its light weight.
