(thank you)** A: My understanding is the fragrance is synthetic or else it would say "natural frangrance" or " fragrance from essential oils" or something similar. In all honesty I looked at a couple products by this brand and they all seem to be 'greenwashed' , meaning not really natural/ too processed and contain ingredients I find risky. Someone asked why Shea is listed at the bottom of the ingredient label and the company admitted there's less than 1%. **Q: How do you close the bottle?** A: It's a pump... you don't close it. However, if you need to pack it or something.. then push all the way down and turn the nozzle in the direction of the "close" symbol on top of the nozzle. **Q: Is this smell strong ??** A: It had a strong old dried up perfume smell. When it arrive it was all over the outside the container. It was too strong and dried up, I ended up throwing it away. **Q: Is there artificial fragrance?** A: Fragrances and perfumes often have complex formulations, containing many ingredients. Fragrance may be naturally or synthetically derived. Perfume components account for less than 1/2 of 1% of the total product.
