A: Thread the cord thru the bamboo weave and the yellow plastic . If it hasn't a toggle try and get one for easier adjustment.

It arrived in a plastic bag and both the hat and the plastic headpiece were crushed out of shape. In any case the actual 'fitting' arrangement for the hat is inadequate to say the least. Don't waste your money.
