I have purchased several different models of coconut meat removers, and this one by far the best performer and most durable.  Though there is no knife edge, you can still cut yourself with it, so be careful and enjoy your coconuts.

This is fantastic! I used to use a 4” chef’s knife and I was lucky I never hurt myself. This tool is made for getting coconut meat out of the shell! It will rust if you leave it wet, though. Just make sure to dry it😊 This tool is strong and sturdy. I’m so glad I got this!!
