Review: Excellent Serivcable Valve - I have a paving stone patio around my pool, with sand between the stones. The sand finds its way into the pool, which then gets sucked into the filter. It wedged beween the ball and valve housing of my original (seled/unservicable) drain valves making it impossible to turn, and ultimately it failed when I tried to force it back and forth. Replaced all intake valves with these Pentair valves, should the sand ever get stuck in the valve now I can just service the valve instead of having to replumb and replace all the valves and plumbing! :)
Review: Good replacement valves - Had my 1.5" valves, some leaking air on the suction side with these 2". No issues and they are working well.

I have a paving stone patio around my pool, with sand between the stones. The sand finds its way into the pool, which then gets sucked into the filter.
