It came charged right out of the box which was nice. I also have a Fitbit Charge 2 and this is slightly smaller. So far I do like the screen better than the Fitbit, and it seems to have all of the same features at a fraction of the price. The app isn't quite as nice as Fitbit's, but I'll have to try it out for a while before I make a final judgment on whether it's worse or just different. It is comfortable to wear and seems to be well made. Really my only complaint so far is that the grey color I ordered is more blue than grey. It looks slightly feminine to me and I am disappointed in that for my purposes. It is an attractive color, just not grey, so I wish I would have gone with black. I've owned Garmin and FitBit trackers in the past. They were both real good products, just like Letscom, but FAR more expensive and far LESS customer service.
