I'm a fan of short skirts though, so I knew what I was getting into. I ordered a medium and I am about 130lb and 5'7". The light brown color is perhaps slightly darker than in the photo, but not nearly enough to be noticeable. The skirt material is not flimsy and has a nice soft crispness to it which I want in a pleated skirt. The knit shorts underneath are much comfier and breathable than the non-stretch satin shorts another seller had in their skirt. The length for me at 5'3" is perfect, not too short, but short enough to cover my bum and give me the illusion of long legs.The sizing quality control is just not there. For a 27" waist and 38.5" hips, I ordered a Medium and a Large based on other reviews. The Large ended up having a 30.8" waist which was too large and the medium has a 26.5" waist which was too small. These were listed as 29" and 27.6" respectively. I decided to order another medium to see If maybe it was mistagged as a small, but the next medium came with a 27" waist which was still too small for me. I plan to keep the Large and do an alteration on the waist to make it smaller.
