A: No help at all. The top closes with a Velcro square is all.

**Q: What size for iPhone SE?**
A: Without case or slim phone case, the Medium is your best bet.  If a bulky phone case, you may need the large.  Here are the interior dimensions: Medium = Will fit phone case up to: 6.0" x 0.40" x 3.0"				
Large = Will fit phone case up to: 6.5" x 0.40" x 3.6"

**Q: Will the large fit the new I phone pro max 13?**
A: I don’t think it will if your phone is wider than 3 3/4”. Regardless, I don’t recommend it as it doesn’t keep your phone cool enough to maintain your battery.

**Q: Do you have to microwave it to activate?**
A: No, the PHOOZY doesn't require a microwave or freezer to activate it.  The PHOOZY works in all weather conditions to protect your phone from the hot and cold.
