I had really high hopes for this product, after reading tons of reviews, considering the nightmare I have been dealing with for what seems like forever! I have used this product as the instructions state and haven't noticed any difference at all, with killing mites on skin or around my apartment. In addition to not removing mites from my skin, it also severely irritated the skin lesions, which were caused by the mites or "invisible biting bugs" and also ate at my skin on my hands, to the point of my skin literally cracking and bleeding, while using this product to clean etc. I will be looking into options of returning this item. The products I have noticed actually helping with the mite problem, if anyone else is experiencing a mite issue, are essential oils and and a pesticide called Demand CS. I used the Demand CS all over for a crack and crevice treatment. I mixed at the full strength and applied it all over in every crack, crevice, inside and outside of my apartment, as per product instructions. I gave it a few days to start working and then repeated the same process a few days later. Then, I also mix several essential oils together, with water, in a spray bottle and also use them in my diffuser, as some essential oils are mite repellants and kill/damage mites. These items being used together, have seemed to make a big difference! The oils I use are tea tree, eculayptus, peppermint, lavender, and multiple citrus varieties such as lemongrass and orange. I will be also be purchasing grapefruit oil as well, as I read grapefruit oil is extremely good for mites, mold, and many other pests etc. I hope this info helps anyone dealing with mites or "invisible biting bugs". If you are being attacked by these "invisible biting bugs", please educate yourself regarding mold and mold spores and/or look into having yourself and your home levels tested for mold/mold spores.

We having been using Kleen Free for over a decade and love the product. It's a great all round natural household cleaner that we use daily. It's great for almost every type of cleaning. For example, cleaning oven, cooktop, hood, countertop, table, windows, refrigerator, sink, granite countertop, flooring, toilet, clothe spot cleaning to name just a few. Two main decisions to make:(1) Diluted version or concentrated version: Concentrated version is more versatile as it can be customized to suit the type of cleaning. Heavy grease-->less dilution etc.(2) The scent: There are three types--original, fresh and clean, and unscented. If one likes heavy and lingering scent, fresh and clean may work. I have bought this several times over the years, and this bottle smell like urine, all of the other bottle I have purchased over the years have had a nice smell, but not this bottle

This product saved a friend of mine from having to purchase a new refrigerator for his rental after the last tenants left food in it when they moved out. He tried everything and then I gave him some Kleen Free and the fridge cleaned up like new. I use it all kinds of stains on fabrics and carpets and added to laundry it eliminates all the odors even with towels.

It is not useful for large insects. But I give it credit for having long shelf life as I did not open it until 2 years later. I sprayed it on myself and could tell it is still good.

It didn't do anything

Bought this to help get rid of a mite problem. Used it in the carpet steam cleaner and it got rid of spots other products did not. Was very happy. Not sure if it helped with the mites, will have to wait and see.

High priced but works well for the purpose I ordered it. No chemical odor like some cleaning products.
