BUT: I DO NOT make a habit out of reviewing sellers on product reviews, but since this is "Amazon Refurbished," it makes sense here. The phone I received is still active in Yealink RPS. That means, even though the admin password is "admin," that each time the phone is rebooted, all of your settings will get wiped and replaced from whatever is on the Yealink RPS server.
