The unit when it arrived was checked over and everything was there, I put it together and flushed the pre-filters then connected the membrane which was left to run for two hours and the water disgarded. I have since run off a bout 10 gallons of good water which is showing very little on a TDS meter. It is a slow process and makes a lot of waste water which is plumbed into a waste pipe so no problems. This is a brilliant compact unit and makes more than enough RO water for my fish tank and things are going very well so far. ### ⭐⭐ Poor instructions wrongly plumbed *by A***R on 2 June 2020* Looks a good cheap way of getting RO water but it comes with a very poor instruction manual in English, so you read the QR code and it takes you to their website and a drop down menu in french, Spanish and Italian. The problem is it’s all plumbed wrong and labels on saying it’s flow direction but etched on the body is an arrow pointing the way under the affixed label, you have to read other peoples reviews and their posted pictures to work out how to plumb it!!!
