When I disagreed and sent a picture they said they’d investigate. Got back to me that the “part that touches your skin” is 100% cotton and the other fiber is lyocell (that’s NOT how fiber content is reported). That’s not what’s on their website and that’s not what they have on the label sewn into the cover. They insist that they can’t give me the 100% cotton cover they advertised and I can return the cover (and then not have a cover to protect this odd shaped pillow) or return the pillow (which is not what I asked for).
