I have a nice pair of work suspenders from that place in mimi soda but the teeth on the clips chewed up the waist band of my pants and did the same to my belts when I clipped on them. So after a frustrating day trying to keep my pants up. I went on amazon's search for suspenders and got a boat load in the results but I narrowed it down to a couple of pair. Choose these just from the way they looked and how you described them. I have not regretted my choice... love them..! One thing I had to overcome was sometimes the back clips would come undone when driving the loader or my pickup. My fix was to shorted the ears on the back clips. Like I said "I love em" so do my follow workers they're not getting moon shot all the time... When adjusted to their smallest/shortest position, these are very comfortable and do a great job. I was concerned that they did not have a sternum strap, but i have found that I have not needed it.
