## Description

Notice: If you're not familiar with LoRa wireless module, you'd better to buy two same frequency modules + antennas as you'll need two to transmit and receive data. Description: E32-433T20DC is a 100mW wireless transceiver module, operates at 410~441MHz, based on original imported RFIC SX1278 fromSEMTECH. The module adopts LoRa spread-spectrum technology, which means the transmitting distance is much longer than before. Widely used in various occasions: Meter Reading, Smart Home, Smart Agriculture, Smart Oil Field, Industrial Wireless Control, Environment Monitor, Temp/humidity Sensor and etc. RF Parameter: IC : SX1278 Working Frequency: 410~441MHz (Default: 433MHz) Transmitting Power: 10~20dBm (Default: 20dBm（About 100mW）Receiving Sensitivity:-130 dBm (Air Data Rate: 0.3kbps) Air Data Rate: 0.3k~19.2kbps (Default: 2.4kbps) Test distance: 3000 meter (In open and clear air, with maximum power, 5dBi antenna gain, height of 2m, Air Data Rate: 2.4kbps) Hardware Parameter: Size: 21 * 36 mm (Without SMA) Antenna Type: SMA-K Communication Interface: UART (Baud rate: 1200~115200, default: 9600) Buffer: 512 bytes buffer (Automatically sub-packaging with 58 bytes per package) Package Includes: 1 x LoRa UART Wireless Module(433Mhz) 1 x LoRa SMA Antenna(433 Mhz)

Review: Good for prototype - Overall, this a good product. I’m given it five stars because it’s as described. For all the hobbies out there this is largely going to be used in smaller electronics or prototypes not a professional finalize product.
Review: Works great out of the box just watch data rate - I was a little worried about some hidden requirements for micro’ preprogramming or initialization but I was happily surprised that this works out of the box. I did have to use the right pins for enabling the output which is fine. I will offer you one recommendation: this is NOT designed to send much data. It takes a while to get our characters and you can’t feed data very fast. If you use a terminal emulator is drops characters if you’re trying to mash them in. This is fine for my project as I expected it but not so great if you want to drop 256 characters and you’re hoping for dropping them at 115200 and moving along. I recommend this for long distance low data needs.

## Features

- ✔ LoRa spread-spectrum communication, super anti-interference performance -- The module adopts LORA spread spectrum technology, transmitting distance and anti-interference performance are one time more than FSK
- ✔ WOR (Low Power Consumption) -- Work on radio, applicable for battery powered applications
- ✔ FEC (Forward Error Correction) -- High coding efficiency & good correction performance
- ✔ Transparent Transmission (Point to Point) -- Data sending is via transparent transmission, the module comes with address
- ✔ Fixed Transmission -- Each module can connect with other module in different addresses and channels to achieve application like networking, repeating, etc.

### ⭐ Lack of specifications made this impossible to use.
*by T***Y on July 22, 2022*

I've used Xbees and YAGI antennas for long range communications and thought this could be a cheap alternative. I've tried every possible combination of RX and TX pin connections and still cannot transmit any data between two arduino nanos or two arduino megas. The spec sheet I found from another site says "Supports 3.3 - 5.5V power supply" and then later says "voltage higher than 3.6V will damage it." My guess: I killed the transmitters buy supplying 5V from the arduino nano and arduino mega. You should provide better specs on this advertisement and give examples for wiring to arduino uno, esp32, or an arduino nano. I will buy a second pair of these transmitters just to see if I was correct about 3.3V being the nominal supply voltage as well and then update this review if it works.
