### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good value in large quantities but not small quantities

I got these wood screws to help hold a box together. The box has a toy I made for my grandson but it is heavy and the box needs to accommodate a lot of weight. These screws did not disappoint. Using a #4 tapered drill bit (FTG with carbide countersink, available on Amazon). I screwed in the bottom to the sides for rigidity. I have no problem with the quality of the screws. They held tight and went in easily. A little wax helped them go into hard maple. For the task, one inch would have been a better choice than 3/4. In retrospect I would have chosen to get a larger quantity. Two hundred screws is not much more expensive than twenty. The high price is about what I would pay to buy these one at a time from my local hardware store where the price is for one at a time. So, I think the value is not great, but it is understandable. In larger quantities it is a good deal
