For a small batch of 5, these are mostly flat. They cut evenly with my 10w and 48w diode lasers. For small pieces, these will work fine. For projects that need larger flat pieces, these will mostly work. Of the 5 sheets, I only had one that was too badly warped for use in anything that isn't going to be firmly glued down. I didn't have any issues with chipping or separation. The boards are smooth.
