Unfortunately, I didn’t really notice any of the advertised benefits like improved focus, sleep or energy. To be fair, I also didn’t experience any side effects either, so that’s a plus. I’ve been using them daily, and while my day isn’t dramatically changed, it’s still enjoyable to chew. Quality seems good as is the packaging. Maybe the effects are subtle or build over time—I’m not ruling it out entirely.
