I have been using this for a week now and I noticed that my hair is breaking less which means the hair looks a little more full than it used to. I am not growing new hair, I am just having less breakage which means the hair that used to break is now finally able to grow and fill in the areas that did not look so thick. I did not have any bad acne from this nor did my face become any more clear for me. I also did not notice that my nails are breaking less often (I have always been able to grow long nails but lately my nails were breaking and splitting more so I had noticed a decrease in that as well.)
