Kailas Fuga EX 330
An amazing trail shoe! The Supercritical midsole foam being used here provides a great underfoot responsive feel. Definitely not mushy for its stack of 39-34 . It’s also not too firm. They just provide a nice consistent energetic feel underfoot. They have a 5 mil drop heel to toe and that’s right in my sweet spot between 4-8. Also really great in technical terrain. I know high stack and trail are sometimes a little iffy, but your foot sits low in the carrier. They just released a sweet yellow colorway right after I got these but that’s the way it goes. So far I have about 20 miles on them running in the Cheyenne Mountain National park and I’ve enjoyed every mile.

Not very durable
The fit is good, traction is good, looks good My frustration is that I got these and took them out for a WALK. On a trail. The first branch that I came to, was small, so I went to move it out of the way, when I looked down at my brand new “trail shoes” there was a snag on the left side right above my big toe! I debated on buying another brand, but these sounded like the toughest shoe out there.. as it turns out, they are not.. I frustrated and disappointed..
