These sound like cheesy and trite subjects, as we here about "Teamwork" "Change"and "Vision" ad nauseam, but I found that some of the sections contained good information and surveys/checklists that could be easily adapted to project management situations, whereas other sections have little if any value beyond the organizational performance realm.
