**Q: Do all four wheels swivel ??**
A: You do NOT want all 4 wheels to swivel. That creates a very unstable platform and would be dangerous for many. If you are going down ramps, etc. You must be able to lock or brake the rear wheels for stability. I own this model and love it. I am 90 years old and speak from experience. Yes, a 4 wheel walkwr is more maneuverable in tight spaces, so it all depends on the terrain.

**Q: How much does this walker weight?**
A: The walker is about 15 pounds.  If you mean the weight of  the person using it, she's about 140 pounds.

**Q: Does it navigate easily on carpeting with pad that is very thick.**
A: Yes.  This rollator was highly recommended to me by an experienced physical therapist because it allows the user to navigate otherwise difficult surfaces with relative ease and safety.

**Q: seat weight capacity**
A: I have no problems at all with the seat. I would believe it could hold 250 pounds very easy. I am not sure after that as the weight distributed to the wheels may come into play. I have 2 rollators and this is the better of the 2. Always make sure you buy the biggest wheels as it is easier to move.
