The 3 starts has nothing to do with the comfort or the idea behind the product. This is a fantastic product. However it falls off a lot and even when you follow the directions of putting it on and off from the metal bar area and sliding it up it still comes off quite easily. If there was a different clasp that had some give when the body opens and closes it would be 5 stars. 1 star for the clasp 1 star for a better material on the clasp arm.
