Good budget option for everyday use, but dont expect anything fantastic as they pretty cheap. ### ⭐⭐⭐ for the price OK. *by M***K on 15 April 2025* The FV 89 headphones give you a choice of hardwiring or a Bluetooth connection. If hardwiring is your choice, you will have to provide the 3.5 mm cable as there is none in the box. All the controls can be found on the underside of the left earcup Power>Volume>USB-C port as well as microphones for taking calls on both earcups. When you first turn on the headphones, a voice tells you the headphones are in pairing mode. Once connected to my phone's Bluetooth, a voice will confirm the connection. The headphones have plenty of volume available and remain distortion-free even at higher volume settings. The SQ is what I would expect at sub £14; the bass is muddy, and the mids lack clarity and direction. The highs fare no better. The sound is very one-dimensional and boring; it lacks any sparkle, and one song just blends into the next. The headphones are comfortable to wear, down to good foam padding on the earcups and headband.
